Nice to meet you
I'm Hannah,
and I'm a marriage celebrant.

With a passion for crafting ceremonies that feel different and stand out. A focus on every word and every experience. Weddings that captivate audiences from grandma in the front row to your roguest mate up the back. Finding ways to do things that you may never have seen before. Whether you want to take it seriously or be lighthearted, break the mould or keep it traditional, I want to honour that. Celebrating unions across the region from Canberra, Southern Tablelands, Highlands, South Coast and beyond. Creating ceremony that people are still talking about long after last drinks is called.
So, why did you become a celebrant?
Yeah I know, bit of a random choice for a twenty-something year old.

It started when I wrote a speech for my beautiful friend Jaz’s wedding (shoutout Jaz). I remember being so struck by how special it felt to look at her life, our friendship, the future she was stepping into, and to put words to that.

From the writing to the delivery, to the hug afterwards, those moments are some of the most special of my life.

Twelve months later, another incredible friend, Kami (shoutout Kami), asked me to speak at her wedding. It reinforced how much I love telling people’s stories. Every friendship has its own unique connection, and capturing that for such an important moment was something I will always remember.

I loved writing the speeches, I loved delivering them, and I loved how personal and unique each one was. That’s when I realised this is something I want to keep doing. As often as I can, for as many people as I can.
